Ideal Weight Loss

This diet is a Doctor supervised program that consists of 4 phases. 1st phase is to be followed until 90% of your weight loss goal is achieved. You eat 3 ideal protein packets per day along with vegetables unlimited salad and additional lean protein of your choice. Example day would be: Breakfast -Ideal Protein Crispy Cereal. Lunch- Ideal Protein Mushroom soup with vegetables and salad. Dinner- Chicken Breast with vegetables and salad. Nighttime Snack- Ideal Protein Salt and vinegar chips. 2nd phase is to be followed for a minimum of 2wks eating 2 packets of Ideal Protein food per day. 3rd phase is having a gradual reintroduction of healthy foods. Phase 4 is to maintain your weight loss and keep it off.
